In all today industry, the hydraulic systems have huge part in it, and it becomes one of the vitals of the industry. This course addresses how to read schematics and understand the systems, how to safely maintain and trouble shoot them.
Objectives:
Advanced hydraulic system troubleshooting courses is designed to teach participants to:
- Acquire the technical knowledge and skills to read and understand hydraulic symbols and schematics, to design, build and/ or troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
- Understand the basic concepts such as static pressure, viscosity, momentum, continuity, Bernoulli “s equation, and head loss that are used to analyse the problems encountered in fluid power systems.
- Understand the behaviour of fluids.
- Locate and identify all components of the hydraulic supply.
- State the function, purpose, and operation of each component of the hydraulic supply.
- Identify the different hazards in working on hydraulic systems and the measures for preventing them as well as implementing maintenance work in a safe manner.
- Acquire the necessary skills and technical knowledge in troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components and troubleshooting charts in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and plant safety procedures.
