New Hires are eager to learn, motivated to prove themselves but lack safe work practices knowledge.

New Hires program is designed to provide new employees with mandatory courses and basic knowledge, skills and understanding required to work safely. The program is a solid foundation for companies to carry on continues learning and training journey either on and/or off the job.

Objectives:

IADC Rig-Pass Course is designed to make participants familiar with:

  • Emergency response techniques.

  • Fall Protection.
  • Behaviour Based Safety.
  • Rigging & Lifting.
  • Permit To Work System.
  • Gas Tester.
  • HAZCOM / Oil Spill.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Respiratory Protection.
  • LOTO.
  • Air Hoist Operator.
  • Fire Fighting.
  • Hearing Conservation.
  • Scaffolding.
  • First Aid.
  • Hand Injury Prevention,
  • Dropped Objects.
  • Emergency Response.

Target Audience:

All new hires.

 

Test:

A multiple-choice test is administered at the conclusion of the program. Incorrectly answered questions will be reviewed with student to ensure understanding before completion of course.

Course Materials:

All participants are issued a Training Manual (Student Guide).

Course Completion Certificate:

Program participants who successfully complete the course are issued a certificate of attendance and H2S Card.
